It does not take minimum retirement age (MRA), VERA, benefits or any other deductions into consideration. Age (Years)
Your fully completed years of age. Example: If you are 45 years and 7 months old, enter 45 in the box below.
Age (Additional Months)
The number of months in addition to completed years of age. Example: If you are 45 years and 7 months old, enter 7 in the box below.
Full Years of Service (Years)
The fully completed years you’ve worked as a federal employee.
Months of Service (Months)
Add months if you have partial years of service.
Date that the RIF Notice Period will begin
Select the start date when your RIF notice period will begin.
Days in the RIF Notice Period
The length of your RIF Notice Period in days. Employees are typically entitled to 60 days notice in a RIF, however, your agency can request a shorter period of no less than 30 days.
DRP Resignation Date
The date you separate from federal employment. For most DRPs, this date is September 30, 2025.
